Is your Jerky totally vegan & Non-Gmo?
Yes. Our Jerkless Jerky is 100% vegan, cruelty-free & non gmo. Always and forever.
How do you choose your ingredients?
We only source 100% Non GMO, vegan ingredients from companies who believe in making the world a better place for all living beings.
Is your Jerky actually healthy?
Yes! With 32 grams of plant protein in every bag, if you are looking for a delicious & clean snack that is Non-GMO, vegan, relatively low in healthy fat & sugars, naturally preserved & 100% cholesterol free, then look no further.

Orders & Shipping

What is your return policy?
If you find any issue with your package, or if you’re not totally obsessed with our Jerkless Jerky on your first order, we’ll refund you in full. Just shoot us a note at hello@jerklessjerky.com and we’ll coordinate the refund.
Is shipping free?
Standard ground shipping is always free on orders of $50 or more in the U.S.
What if my package is damaged or missing?
Just shoot us an email at hello@jerklessjerky.com and we’ll help figure it out!
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses and PO boxes in all 50 U.S. States.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we plan too. Send us an email with your interest in international shipping to hello@jerklessjerky.com.
How can I track my order?
Each order has a specific tracking number that will be sent to the email address you used to place the order after your order ships. If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, you can request your tracking information by emailing us at hello@jerklessjerky.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your shipment will usually arrive within 3-5 business days after we send your shipping notification. You can track all shipments on your Account Page. Recurring shipments are determined based on your sign-up date.
Is the shipping packaging recyclable?
Yes, it is.
How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?
You can update your shipping and billing information by logging into your account. If you have any issues, we can walk you through it, just shoot a note to hello@jerklessjerky.com.
